The Swim:
A little over 100 years ago, the Three Rivers / Mineral King waterfront area was occupied by about 2000 Native Americans. Little has changed; the water is clean and clear, the land has been developed some, but the scenic beauty remains.
We have opened a pathway to the East Fork of the Kaweah River. At the base of the path is a beautiful swimming hole. The water is nice from July 1 to about October. You won't believe how private and majestic it is! The pool is private; only guests (and occasionally the owner :-) ) here....
The dot in the foam under the fall is a person's head! Small waterfall at side.

Under the waterfall in August.
