When you call us to make your reservations, we take all your credit card info and give you the total charges. We can answer any questions you have at this time. You will be sent a welcome letter with all the necessary information...driving tips, what to bring, how to get in...at the time your credit card is charged
There are no refunds after 14 days before your reservation. Since we block off the time when you make a reservation, we are in a sense turning away business from that point on. This is a destination type resort, and people book way ahead, and there are not a lot of last minute booking possibilities. At this time your money is not refundable unless the cabin gets rebooked. If we do fill the room, your money will be refunded..
