Crystal Cove

Welcome to Crystal Cove, a glorious new addition to the Paradise Cabin family in the spring of 2003.  Located along the main fork of the Kaweah River in the center of Three Rivers, our new waterfront studio apartment is perched on the rivers edge with the flume cascading through the property connecting to the river by waterfalls around an island pinnacle.   The view takes your breath away.  It's one of a kind! 

The flume is a 10ft wide elevated aqueduct that carries fresh, clean water from the high elevations of Sequoia National Park into Three Rivers.  Here the water drops down to the Southern California Edison hydro plant up the road, and then is released right in front of our home.  Between the roar of the river and two waterfalls, you can hardly hear yourself think.  The setting is almost mesmerizing - a perfect place to relax.

The studio is a cozy private spot with ceiling to floor windows that open out onto the river.  Our vision is to make the studio a comfortable and romantic retreat for two.  We live upstairs,  but stay inside and the whole grounds are for you the whole time

The studio features a propane fireplace, queen size feather bed with down comforter and pillows, ceiling fans, a small kitchen and a lovely new bathroom with shower.  We provide a Bose CD player with a selection of CD's, a TV monitor with DVD player, and a selection of DVD's.  Professional linen service for the bed and bath are provided.   The kitchen includes a DeLonghi coffee/expresso/cappuccino machine, fine china, crystal and silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, blender and toaster oven.  A private propane BBQ is also provided.

Crystal Cove has been extensively renovated in the last six months.  This beach house was built in the 1940's but was abandoned for many years.  We have restored this jewel to its original luster.   During your stay you will have the beautiful island and brick patio for your private use for swimming, sun bathing, and barbequing.

There is wonderful swimming in the river at Crystal Cove from July through September with easy river access. 

The rate is $200 per night with a two night minimum.  No children or pets please.  More information and directions will be given with your reservation.  Thank you.
